Three weeks in and I'm about 7 months out from IBOLC and Ranger School. This program is awesome and has been pushing me daily. It's been a lot of fun.

This plan is something I took on as it was the shortest program, it also tackled a huge part of Military fitness. Following this plan took my mile time down from 7:30 to 6:00, but it did more than that I enjoy running after this program and it has made me much more disciplined in my training so thank you Gritty for this amazing program!

So far I shaved off five minutes from my one mile run time. Program also shoved me out of my comfort zone and I know I can now keep running or rucking when my mind is screaming at me to quit or slow down. Thanks Gritty.

This is hybrid training with a tactical edge: you’ll lift heavy, move fast, go far, and build a body—and mindset—that can handle anything.
Everything inside the app is structured around grit, not gimmicks. Whether you’re rucking hills, grinding through a bodyweight circuit, running the last mile, or pushing max effort in the gym, you’re building functional strength and unfaltering stamina. You won’t need fancy equipment, or a perfect setup. You’ll only need discipline, consistency, and the will to show up. This isn’t just training to look good, it’s training to be capable, dependable, relentless, and most importantly, to Stay Gritty.
I founded Gritty Soldier Fitness in 2020 to bring experience-driven, professionally developed training to those chasing real military and hybrid athleticism. Since then, thousands have crushed their goals using GSF programs.
My background? Over 18 years of top-tier training and hands-on experience. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Nutrition Specialist, Physique Coach, and Behavioral Change Specialist. I’ve served a long career in the military with multiple combat deployments, serving alongside the US’s most elite, and completing some of the most physically demanding schools the Army has to offer.
I’m always looking for ways to test my physical and mental endurance, in fact I’m addicted to it. Some events I’ve done, the Best Ranger Competition (2019), the Bataan Death March (twice), the Kauai 50-miler, a 70.3 Ironman, both Summer and Winter Fan Dances in the UK, and more recently, IRONMAN Texas. I’m not finished.
I know what it means to stay resilient, work as a team, and never back down. My training philosophy is simple: embrace the suck, never quit, and earn what you keep. If you’re ready to put in the work, I’ll help you get where you want to go—because I know you can.
